We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time prior to dispatch, including where: 

• An item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed. 

• There is an error in pricing or product description. 

• We are unable to verify payment or contact details. 

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed. 

Promotional offers (such as our 2 for £45 multi-buy deal) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All transactions are processed securely. Gameday Fits does not store your full card details.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or product pages. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. 

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. 

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

Your Right to Cancel 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returning Items 

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items are returned in a condition that is not resaleable. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof of return).
